This website (sanjeevkang.com) is operated by 1249280 B.C. Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our”), a British Columbia, Canada company owned by Sanjeev Kang. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

  • Information you submit. When you use the contact form, we collect the name, email address, company website, and message you provide so we can respond to your inquiry.
  • Technical data. Our hosting provider automatically processes standard request data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and secure the site.
  • Analytics data. We use Google Analytics (deployed via Google Tag Manager) to understand how the site is used. It sets cookies and collects information such as the pages you view, approximate location derived from your IP address, referring site, and device and browser type. We use this only in aggregate to improve the site, and we record when a contact-form inquiry is submitted so we know which pages generate inquiries — the content of your message is never sent to Google.

We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies on this site, and we do not sell your personal information.

You can opt out of Google Analytics on any site by installing Google's opt-out browser add-on, or by using your browser's cookie controls.

How we use it

We rely on a small number of providers to run the site and process inquiries, including Cloudflare (website hosting and security), Web3Forms (delivery of contact-form submissions to our email), and Google (Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager). We keep inquiry messages for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our correspondence, and then delete them when no longer required.
